Sourdough classes
The popularity of sourdough baking has surged recently, so it should come as no surprise that there are a number of places in Maitland where you can learn the craft. William Arnott opened the Historic Arnott Bakehouse, the birthplace of Arnott's Biscuits, at Morpeth in 1850. Now six generations on, Stephen Arnott runs sourdough making classes on the property.
