There will be juicy peaches and nectarines - a clear sign of summer - thanks to Medowie grower Harry Harris and they are sure to be a hit, so get in early if you can.
Fellow Medowie grower Melissa Fogarty will have a wide range of food including lettuce, baby spinach, forage mix, sorrel, beans, chillies, oregano, mint, chives, spring onions, elephant garlic, tumeric, mandarin jam, pickled beetroot, fermented hot sauce and fermented carrots.
Oakhampton farmer Austin Breiner could not be happier the La Nina is finally here and he cannot wait to bring his beetroot, rainbow chard, silverbeet, kale, old man saltbush, kohlrabi, beans, zucchini, small squash, oregano, parsley, long white cucumber, finger limes, giant Russian cucumber and spaghetti squash.
East Maitland farming duo Matthew and Liam Dennis are also having a bumper season and will have tomatoES, sweet corn, silverbeet, butter beans, long green beans, cucumber, cannonball squash, golden squash, button squash and sebago potato.
It will be the second last earth market of the year.
Market chairwoman Amorelle Dempster urged shoppers to consider buying fresh produce as gifts for friends and family.
"Why not make up a hamper with a range of vegetables, breads, pastries, honey, eggs and preserves," she said.
"It's putting money back into the hands of local farmers and producers."
The market starts at 8.30am and finishes at 1.30pm.
