Police say the 19-year-old men have been charged after damaging the electric light fixtures at Darling Harbour in the early hours of Sunday.
"Three unknown males were walking along Tumbalong Boulevard in Darling Harbour where they allegedly damaged lighting installations," NSW Police said in a statement on Thursday.
Two men attended Castle Hill Police Station on Wednesday night and were charged with destroying or damaging property worth more than $15,000.
They were given conditional bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court on July 5.
More than two million people have visited Vivid's light shows and installations spread across Sydney and the festival is on track to record the biggest crowd ever before it closes on Saturday.
