Two children and a woman have been taken to John Hunter Hospital after a car accident at Telarah on Wednesday morning.

NSW Ambulance Rescue and Fire and Rescue NSW were called out to Telarah Street about 8.30am in response to the two vehicle crash.
An Ambulance NSW spokesperson said a 6-year-old boy, an 8-year-old girl and a 35-year-old woman were taken to the John Hunter in separate ambulances.
The boy, who was in the backseat of one of the vehicles, suffered seat belt injuries including pain and abrasions to his abdomen and neck.
The girl, who was in a passenger seat, suffered an abrasion to her right cheek, abdomen pain and an injury to her right quad.
The woman suffered a facial injury, a fractured left forearm and hip and abdomen pain.
Another person was also assessed at the scene but did not require transportation to hospital.
Traffic in the area was affected for a short period of time.
