Five new officers will be added to the Port Stephens-Hunter district, which includes Maitland, Raymond Terrace and Nelson Bay.
The Hunter Valley district, which encompasses Cessnock, Singleton and Muswellbrook, will also receive five additional officers from the class.
Newcastle will also receive five, while six are headed to Lake Macquarie.
The graduation comes after the NSW Government announced in July that the NSW Police Force would be boosted by 450 officers over the next 12 months.
Port Stephens-Hunter's five new officers were confirmed in that announcement, which Port Stephens-Hunter commander Superintendent Craig Jackson said at the time would "make a big difference".
"It will give us that ability to provide a better service to the community," Supt Jackson said.
"These new probationary constables will join their Commands on Monday, after months of training away from their homes and families," NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said.
"I have no doubt that every day will prove both challenging and rewarding for these recruits as they begin their career as police officers.
"They will be stationed right across the state where they will spend the next 12 months learning what it truly means to wear the two-blues uniform."
The Hunter probationary constables come from a total allocation of 269 officers, made up of 177 policemen and 92 policewomen.
They make up part of the largest regional allocation in the state as Northern Region welcomes a total of 57 officers.
