The 14-year-old was arrested on Tuesday afternoon for the alleged offence on September 2.
Police allege two bikes rode past an unmarked police car near Norm Chapman Oval, where one did a wheel-stand and the rider stood on the seat of the motorbike.
Police commenced inquiries, which included conducting a search warrant on September 5, before the teen was apprehended this week.
He was charged with several offences including riding an unregistered vehicle, and driving in a dangerous manner.
