Organisers say they're ready to deliver another world class display of folk, alternative country, Americana and everything in between.
The three-day camping festival will be held from October 2-4 at the famed bush land property, Dashville, located at Belford.
It is anticipated to be another big year for Dashville Skyline, after the success of the 2019 chapter, where the festival was nominated alongside heavy hitters such as Splendour in the Grass and Bluesfest, as one of the top five music festivals in NSW at the National Live Music Awards.
For the sixth installment, organisers are excited about the prospects of building on the music industry side of the event, with more songwriter/musician focused workshops, music industry networking and discussion panels.
Of course all those inclusions will feature alongside an ultra-chilled three day live music program which generally hosts more than 40 live performances over two stages.
With laid back camping, mouth-watering American-inspired food and bevvies, boutique market stalls, antique car and bike display, a farmyard and much more, it's the perfect destination for the family over the long weekend.
The festival's name derives from that of Bob Dylan's 1968 release Nashville Skyline, which lends an impression of the vibe of this festival.
It's a celebration of alternative country, its birth in America during the 1960s-70s, the culture that surrounds the music and the evolution that continues to inspire modern-day songwriters.
One of the main spectacles of the festival is the immensely popular Sunset Super Round. On Saturday at nightfall, artists on the bill merge around the main stage in spontaneous collaboration, to pay homage to their favourite songs of the "golden era".
Dashville Skyline tickets will go on sale in coming weeks.
Applications are now open via the website for all people looking to get involved with this magical, cosmic weekend in the country.
Dashville Skyline is held at the same location as the popular Gum Ball festival, which will take place from April 24-26, and also the recently announced heavy music gathering, Thrashville.
Thrashville, which had been on a two-year hiatus, announced its return a few weeks ago and will be held three weeks prior to Dashville Skyline on September 12.
Thrashville tickets are on sale now via the Dashville website.
