The school, perched on the edge of Howe’s Lagoon at East Maitland and with a focus on fostering a creative environment for students, will host an open day packed with activities and events on Saturday October 28.
These will include the opening of the new senior studies building with a smoking ceremony, student musical performances at midday, as well as canoe rides, rock climbing and pony rides.
For the green thumbs, a plant nursery selling a range of beautiful seedlings and established plants grown by the students and parents in our school community will be up for sale.
A sale of handmade art and crafts and a raffle and silent auction of items generously donated by a variety of local businesses and artists will round out an open day providing something for everyone.
