The creative tradition will continue this weekend at Morpeth’s St James’ Anglican Church hall.
According to member Chris Lucas, the three-day event will be quite the treat for Maitland’s art enthusiasts.
“It gives the Maitland public a chance to come along and enjoy some art,” he said.
More than 200 works in a range of styles and mediums will be on display – from paintings and pastel drawings to sculptures.
Visitors can take a piece of the show home too, with works on sale at varying prices between $80 and several hundred dollars.
All are invited to the opening night celebrations on Friday, between 6pm and 8pm.
Entry is $10 and includes drinks and finger food.
The exhibition will remain open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, and between 10am to 3pm on Sunday.
