Common Grounds at Morpeth has created brunch boxes in two sizes that are brimming with delicious treats like waffles, croissants with ham and cheese, crumpets with butterscotch sauce, cinnamon scrolls and muffins.
Owner Nadine Monaghan said the day was usually one of their busiest and the box was a chance to make the day in lockdown as special as it could be.
"Last year for Mother's Day, when we were in the COVID-19 lockdown, we did a high tea box so we've made a few changes and made it more manly," she said.
"Ever since I posted it we have had a great response. We're going to continue them for birthdays and anniversaries during the lockdown."
Lavenders Cafe in Maitland is doing a lunch pack for four people with sandwiches, wraps and a sweet treat.
The Deck Cafe at Lovedale is running a Degustation to your Door and is fully booked with 700 people wanting to enjoy it.
Vacy General Store is offering cheese packs as well as a sweet pack filled with delicious treats.
Ms Monaghan said support from the community was a big help for small businesses and she urged people to support local whenever they could.
"We're doing deliveries for birthdays and anyone can order a box 24 hours beforehand," she said.
"Our regulars are getting us through, they are coming in every day."
