Tributes have flowed for the 17-year-old, who was the eldest daughter of the well-known Inglis horse breeding family.
A scholarship for young riders has also been set up in Olivia’s name and will be administered by Equestrian NSW and the Australian Sports Foundation.

Her funeral will be held at St Jude’s in Randwick.
