Central Hunter police will host three workshops with Aboriginal people to discuss ways they can work together to create safer and stronger communities.

The first workshop will be held at Mindaribba Aboriginal Land Council, Metford, on Monday at 9.30am, before another meeting at Barkuma Neighbourhood Centre, Kurri Kurri, at noon.
Another workshop will be held at Mayaroo Aboriginal Organisation in Cessnock at 10am on Tuesday.
Police said they would conduct similar sessions across the state.
