Maitland City Council is looking for a long-term tenant for its Central Maitland Kiosk. The Hatch, in The Levee, has been rented on a short-term basis by various start-up and boutique businesses this year.

But council now wants the spaces leased on a long-term basis. Expressions of interest are open on The Levee website.
“This is an exciting time for Central Maitland and for anyone looking to make a name for themselves and their business,” council’s city economy officer Andrew Brown said.
“Its prominent position at The Levee and practical fit-out makes it an ideal proposition for a range of business types. The Hatch has proven to be a great addition to The Levee Shared Zone and short-term tenants have provided us with very positive feedback about its location and the opportunity it provides.”
