A man has died and a woman has been seriously injured in a head-on car accident at Millers Forest on Thursday afternoon.

Multiple emergency service agencies were called to the accident on Raymond Terrace Road shortly before 2pm.
A NSW Police spokesperson said the male driver of one of the vehicles was killed at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, a woman believed to be aged in her 60s, was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Port Stephens-Hunter police have established a crime scene and urge drivers to avoid the area.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Monkleys Road. Traffic diversions are in place.
Live Traffic NSW reports that Route 145 buses are using the local diversion missing some stops.
