The men, aged 21, 22 and 23 allegedly confronted a 22-year-old man inside a unit at Armidale Street about 3pm on Christmas day.
Police said a fight broke out and the three Bandidos associates dragged the 22-year-old to the front of the premises, where several other people tried to intervene.
The three men left the unit and police attended the scene.
The men were arrested on Thursday by Cessnock detectives, with the help of Strike Force Raptor North investigators.
They were each charged with aggravated break and enter, committing a serious indictable offence and affray.
They were initially refused bail on Thursday but were granted conditional bail at Newcastle court on Friday.
The men will each face Cessnock court on January 10.
