The event, hosted by the Newcastle Music Collective and Grand Junction Hotel, will donate all proceeds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Managing creative director Ben Campbell said the fundraising event was sparked by a "few of the boys" own brushes with breast cancer in their lives.
"We've pulled a few bands together all in the name of raising money for the Breast Cancer Foundation," he said.
"There are some alarming statistics so it'll be good to just put some money towards research."
The epic lineup includes Maitland's own DYER MAKER, Blue Tide Band, Lili Crane Music.
There will also be raffles, collection tins and 'karma kegs' for people to pay what they think it is appropriate.
"Come along for a fun day of entertainment, food and drinks," Mr Campbell added.
The fundraiser will be held on Saturday from 2pm at the Grand Junction Hotel on Church Street.
