Slow Food Hunter Valley knows times are tough right now for many - and every single cent in your pocket is important.
So, in conjunction with the Slow Food Earth Market Maitland's third birthday, Slow Food Hunter Valley are giving away five fresh food hampers.
All of the vegetables and goodies have been sourced from producers who support the market, so it's guaranteed to be fresh.

The prize will include enough for a large feast - a range of vegetables, a family-sized beef and red wine pie and something sweet for desert.
It will come with a list of instructions so the winner will know how to cook the ingredients to perfection, and the prize will be conveniently dropped off at the front door.

Go to the Slow Food Earth Market Maitland on Thursday, August 20, in The Levee between 8.30am and 1.30pm and visit the Slow Food stand to enter.
"We wanted to do something to celebrate the earth market's birthday and to thank the people who support the market, and in many cases have supported it since it began," market chairwoman Amorelle Dempster said.
