Undefeated pool winners City United and Raymond Terrace were ranked second and third overall pitting them against one another in one semi-final, which will be played at Lorn Park.
Third chart topper Northern Suburbs claimed the No.1 spot, based on net run rate, and will once again meet Western Suburbs at Robins Oval following a T20 battle in the group stage on the weekend.
The Plovers qualified for the top four based on having the best net run rate of the second-placed teams in each of the three pools, which saw Kurri Weston and Eastern Suburbs miss out.
Semi-finals will be held on Sunday, March 8 and start at 10am.
The decider will follow at 2pm the same afternoon at Robins Oval.
The champions will receive $1000 prize money and the runners-up $500.
Results will not count towards first grade competition points.
