Eastern Suburbs secured their place with a day of play to spare after dismissing Kurri Weston for 99 and posting 2/104 off 12 overs in reply last week.
City booked their spot in equally comprehensive fashion dismissing Northern Suburbs for 68 after posting 4/305 in their innings the week before.
City spinner Theo Atkins finished with 3-16 and skipper Isaac Lynch completed a man of the match performance taking 2-11 to follow-up his 90 with the bat.
Jordan Murphy (1-6), Jock Vivers (1-6), Ewan Mowbray (1-10) and Thomas Whale (1-5) all picked up a wicket each as City bowled Norths in 29.4 overs.
Murphy scored 74, Mowbray 50 no out, Vivers 38 not out and Sam Jordan 34 in City’s big innings.
The grand final between the top two teams is on March 10 and 17 at Lorn Park.
