This year brings together a packed program across the three-day event - which will run from Friday, May 1 to Sunday, May 3.
Tocal Field Days manager Wendy Franklin said this year would also bring a first for the field days, with people able to catch a helicopter to the site.
"If you want to beat the traffic, you can actually get a helicopter to the event. People will be able to fly straight to the gates and have VIP access," Ms Franklin said.

"People who buy their tickets online will also have the chance to win a helicopter joy ride around the Tocal Field Days site.
"So it's a nice bonus to encourage people to buy their tickets online."
There will be a billy boiling competition, livestock demonstrations, Country Women's Association scones, a fresh produce stall where families can meet a farmer, cheese making demonstrations and even fishing.
Ms Franklin said the Tocal Field Days sees between 20,000 and 25,000 people attend over the three-days.
"There's so many things on offer," Ms Franklin said. "We like to think when people come into the event it is value for money with lots of free activities for families.
"People can enter the billy boiling competition which is great fun or watch the piglet races.
"Our car parks are always at capacity, and we are always trying to broaden the event. It's always a great time for farmers or enthusiasts. It's not just about buying things, but learning as well.
"Where else can you go to learn how to build a chicken coop or buy a chicken, and if that's too hard then a carton of eggs.
"It showcases the college and agriculture, and also shows the general community what farming is all about."
There will also be a daily lucky draw for people who buy their tickets
Tickets are $18 for adults, seniors $15 on Friday and $18 on Saturday and Sunday.
There is no cost for children younger than five years of age.
